Bank Loan: ಜನರು ತಮ್ಮ ಆಸೆ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು, ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಲ(Bank loan) ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಲೋನ್ ಪಡೆಯುವಾಗ ಕೆಲವು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವುದು ತುಂಬಾ ಅಗತ್ಯ. ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಈ ನಿಯಮ ಚಾಲ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೀಗ ಈ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ RBI ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಹೊಸ ರೂಲ್ಸ್ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದು ಇನ್ಮುಂದೆ ಲೋನ್ ಮಾಡುವವರು ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಗೆ ಈ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನೂ ನೀಡಬೇಕು.
ಹೌದು, RBI ಸಾಲದ ಮೇಲಿನ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಬರುವ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 1 ರ ನಂತರ ಸಾಲ ಪಡೆಯುವುದಾದರೆ ಹೊಸ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಸಾಲ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದೇನೆಂದರೆ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್‌ನಿಂದ, ಸಾಲಗಾರನು ಬಡ್ಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ವೆಚ್ಚಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಸಾಲ ಒಪ್ಪಂದದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು (ಕೆಎಫ್‌ಎಸ್) ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆರ್‌ಬಿಐ ಹೇಳಿದೆ. ಅಂದರೆ ಆರ್‌ಬಿಐ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಘಟಕಗಳ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಸಾಲಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಣ್ಣ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಸಾಲಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

RBI ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕತೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಸಾಲದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಲು ಈ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.
