ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು 69 ಹೊಸ ಸೋಂಕು ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸೋಂಕಿತರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 2158ಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ 680 ಮಂದಿ ಸೋಂಕಿತರು ಗುಣಮುಖರಾಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಒಟ್ಟು 53 ಜನ ಸೋಂಕಿನ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದರೆ, ಇಬ್ಬರು ಸೋಂಕಿತರು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಅಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
