ಭಾರತೀಯ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) 2019 ರ ಕಲಂ 194 (ಎಫ್) ರಂತೆ ಹಾರ್ನ್ ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಿದ ಸಂಚಾರ ಸೂಚನಾ ಫಲಕ ಇರುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾರ್ನ್ ಬಳಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ವಾಹನ ಚಾಲಕರ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಗೆ ರೂ 1000 ದಂಡವನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಎರಡನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನಂತರದ ಪ್ರತಿ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಗೆ ರೂ 2000 ದಂಡವನ್ನು ವಿಧಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.
