Belthangady: ಬೆಳ್ತಂಗಡಿ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಬೆಳಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ (Belalu) ಹಾಡಹಗಲೇ ಮನೆಯ ಅಂಗಳದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಶಾಲಾ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಬಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ಭಟ್(83) ರವರನ್ನು ಕೊಲೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹತ್ತಿರದ ರಕ್ತ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಯಿಂದಲೇ ಹತ್ಯೆ ನಡೆದಿರುವ ಶಂಕೆ ಕೂಡ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಟ ಮಟ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ ಈ ಕೊಲೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
ಆ.20 ರಂದು ದ. ಕ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಬೆಳ್ತಂಗಡಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ (Belthangady) ಬೆಳಾಲಿನ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಎದುರು ಇರುವ ಬಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ಭಟ್ ಅವರ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಬಂದು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಘಟನೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಿಳಿದು ಬರಬೇಕಿದೆ.
ವೃತ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ಭಟ್ ಅವರು ಕೊಲ್ಪಾಡಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರ ಪತ್ನಿ ಲೀಲಾ ಮೇಡಂ ಕೂಡ ಬೆಳಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದರು. ಕೆಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಅವರು ತೀರಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಇದೀಗ ವೃದ್ಧಾ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕೊಲೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ತೀರ ಹತ್ತಿರದ ರಕ್ತ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಯಿಂದಲೇ ಕೊಲೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಬಲವಾದ ಶಂಕೆ ಇದೆ. ಪತ್ನಿ ತೀರಿಕೊಂಡ ನಂತರ ವೃದ್ಧ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಬಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ಭಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಪುತ್ರ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಿದ್ದರು.
