ಜನಸೇನಾ, ಟಿಡಿಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಆಂಧ್ರಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಮೈತ್ರಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿವೆ. ಮೈತ್ರಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಟಿಡಿಪಿ 17 ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು 144 ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ 6 ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಮತ್ತು 10 ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಎದುರಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಪವನ್ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ್ ಅವರ ಪಕ್ಷವಾದ ಜನಸೇನಾ 21 ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಮತ್ತು 2 ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಣಕ್ಕಿಳಿಸಲಿದೆ.
