New Delhi: ಮುಂಬರುವ ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ 3,500 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸುವಂತೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ನೋಟಿಸ್‌ಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಜುಲೈ 24 ರವರೆಗೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಲವಂತದ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಇಡಿ ಪರ ವಾದ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ ಸಾಲಿಸಿಟ‌ರ್ ಜನರಲ್ ತುಷಾ‌ರ್ ಮೆಹ್ರಾ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಮಾರ್ಚ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅದಕ್ಕೂ ಮೊದಲು ಅನೇಕ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಸುಮಾರು 3,500 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ನೋಟಿಸ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್, ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 29 ರಂದು ಐಟಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ 1,823 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ನೋಟಿಸ್‌ ಅನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಿಂಫ್ಟಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 28 ರಂದು, ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಮರುಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ದೆಹಲಿ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿತ್ತು.
